Use of the Pay by Link / QR service owned by the HOSPICE ANGELUS MOLDOVA Foundation. By intending to make a payment, the person making the payment accepts the Terms and Conditions regarding donations to the HOSPICE ANGELUS MOLDOVA Foundation, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) as presented below.
Use of this website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by the HOSPICE ANGELUS MOLDOVA Foundation, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is established under Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Donor is obliged to monitor any such changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTIONBy using the Pay by Link / QR service, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing/confirmation/execution.
Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the website. However, data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted by the Donor, who assumes responsibility for doing so.
3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTPayment is made as a donation via bank card. After making the donation, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.
Online payments are carried out under maximum security conditions using a bank card as a payment instrument, which allows for online transactions. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which represents a new global approach to authenticating donors for secure online transactions. This safety measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure MAIB page, where the authentication of each cardholder is performed through a one-time password assigned for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the transaction.
To make a payment, you must enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.
The following details are required to complete the payment:-

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith, based on and in accordance with legal provisions. Processing is carried out through mixed means (automated and manual), ensuring legality, security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of the data subjects.
The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the website, to allow access to specific information, to deliver orders, or to contact the consumer for delivery purposes. By this notice, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used accordingly. The provider processes the personal data of users and consumers supplied through navigation, use, and registration in the Pay by Link / QR service.
Any information provided by users and consumers of the Pay by Link / QR service will be considered and represent their express consent for their personal data to be used by the Provider.
The provider will not disclose any of the data held to third parties without the consent of the individuals concerned and will not sell, exchange, or disclose such data to other entities, except as required by law (upon request from public authorities, law enforcement bodies, or courts authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may also be processed and used by the provider for statistical and promotional purposes.
The service provider meets data security requirements and ensures the protection of consumer data, safeguarding it from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification, or disclosure to third parties.
The provider’s employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers’ personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by an authorized representative of the Provider.
The provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with current legal provisions.
The provider does not collect transaction-related information such as card number, expiry date, or country of origin.
